I just wanted to thank you for the opportunity to provide an in-service for your employees.  I hope it was helpful for them and you.  I enjoy doing these for companies like yours, it really helps me keep informed about what successful companies are doing today and it allows me to share with my students some "best practices."  I might add my son-in-law was most impressed with your operation.  He is an English teacher at Dayton Christian Schools and was out for the day and just "came along for the ride."  Also, thank you for your generosity.  I'm sure I'll see you soon.

Our furnace wouldn't "fire up" on a Saturday morning.  The service technician from Ed's Heating and Cooling was at our home within 15 minutes of receiving our call!!  Within two hours our furnace was fixed, up and running.  It's this kind of continued excellent service that keeps us loyal customers of Ed's.

I would like to express my most sincere gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding service you provided me and my family in our great time of need.

Our garage door malfunctioned on one of the coldest nights of the season, leaving our boiler exposed to the cold weather.  This exposure caused our pipes to freeze and eventually explode.  We had a disastrous result of water shooting all over our garage.  Thanks to your sincere care and concern for our well-being, you immediately gave advice by phone and rushed to our rescue.  I know that sounds pretty amazing by itself; however, you also did this on Christmas Eve.

Unfortunately, we were not one of your customers at the time.  However, you still took the time from your family and squeezed us in between your regular customers.  As I said earlier, we were not one of your customers at the time, which means we normally receive our service from one of your competitors.  Although, thanks to them advising me that they would not be able to even provide any advice by phone in my time of need, I am proud to be one of your customers.  I am also proud to recommend your service to everyone, both personal friends and my own business customers.

Because of your wonderful service and personal attention to our needs, we will proudly call upon Ed's Heating and Cooling for all of our future service.  We learned a valuable lesson on Christmas Eve, that is, to do business with a business that truly cares about his customers.  For the company we used to be a customer of, obviously doesn't care.  They advised us to wait three days without heat during the coldest days of the year.

I felt it was important to express my gratitude for the work Nathan provided at my home last week.

After repairing my condensate line (that runs through the attic), Nathan helped me as my bathroom ceiling began to fall down!  (Due to the condensate line problem.)  He helped me get the falling drywall safely down, clean up the mess and cover the hole in my ceiling!  Nathan's job was completed with the installation of the condensate line...he did not have to help me with the ceiling.

I truly appreciate Nathan's willingness to help out.  He was a lifesaver!!
