Schedule a Precision Tune-Up or Service Call

If you are in need of emergency service do not use this form. Instead, please call our office at 937-667-6713. For emergency calls after hours, please follow telephone prompts to talk to our on-call service technician. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM.

SELECT TYPE OF SERVICE

	Service “You’re having a problem with your system or it’s NOT working right. It needs to be fixed.” Price: $96 diagnostic fee to identify the problem. Once evaluated, an upfront price for the repair is provided. With your approval the repair is completed.
	Tune Up “Your system is running okay, but it needs a cleaning. A tune-up is not a repair.” Price: $129 for gas, electric, A/C or heatpump systems, $217 for oil systems.
